Release a protected app

Use “Continue” on the Elodie shield to release all selected apps for the rest of the current configured window. If access still looks blocked, open Elodie → Apps → Release protection now, then reopen the selected app yourself.

If Elodie cannot open, use Apple’s Screen Time settings to revoke Family Controls access. Elodie is designed to remove its protection when entitlement or configuration cannot be verified.

Words are not loading

Your saved words remain available on your iPhone. Retry generation when connected, or write your own line. Network or store availability is never required to release protection.

Purchases and restore

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that purchased Elodie Plus. A purchase waiting for Apple approval remains on the paywall with protection off until entitlement is verified. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings.

Optional learning and deletion

Learning is optional and cannot stop protection release or purchase recovery. Turn it off in Elodie’s Privacy screen to clear queued counts and request remote deletion. If deletion is pending, keep Elodie installed and reopen it online. Active consent records also expire within 90 days.

Email Marc@remarcablevc.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Elodie build number and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, Apple receipts, profile text, affirmations or app-selection token data.
